What we collect
When you use our request form we collect: your name, work email, company, phone (optional), the role you want to hire for, level, area, timeline, number of hires and whether you want confidentiality. We also record the page you came from and campaign parameters (UTM, click IDs) to understand which ads work.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and run your search.
- To send the salary benchmark you asked for.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
Cookies and ad tools
We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel, and a session recording tool, to measure visits and conversions. These may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and the search (for example hosting, email and CRM), and when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing connect@hiringbrazil.com. If you are in California you may also opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We handle Brazilian data under the LGPD.
Retention
We keep request data for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymize it.
