What time zone do the professionals work in?

Brazil's official time zone (BRT, GMT-3) covers most of the population and every major city. Every professional we recommend is prepared to adjust to your schedule. If you are on GMT-8, a normal day would run roughly 1 pm to 9 pm for them.

How long until I get candidates?

7 business days from the start of the search. After you answer a few questions, we send an Alignment Document for your approval, you pay the opening fee, and the clock starts.

How does hiring a Brazilian professional work, legally?

The most common model is that the professional opens an individual company in Brazil, a simple process we help them with. You then contract a service provider with one owner and one worker: the person you chose. Operationally it works like any other vendor.

Each engagement has its own legal details, so we recommend having your counsel review the contract.

What if none of the candidates fit?

We send a new batch, up to three shortlists in total. If after the third none meet the minimum requirements, we refund 100% of the opening fee.

What if the person I hire leaves?

On Senior (1 month), Manager (2 months) and Executive (3 months) plans, we replace them within the warranty period, voluntary or not. Just email us within that period. The Junior plan has no replacement warranty. If another finalist from your original shortlist fits, you can hire them right away. Otherwise we restart the search at no cost.

How do I follow the progress of my search?

Once the search begins, you receive a tracking spreadsheet that updates automatically from our internal system, so you can watch every step in real time.

Can the search be confidential?

Yes. Flag it at the Alignment stage and we run the entire search without disclosing your company name or any identifying information.
