About this site
This website, operated by Black Plate Consulting Ltda (Brazil), describes our executive search and recruiting service. Submitting a request form does not create a contract. A search begins only after you approve the Alignment Document and pay the opening fee.
Service terms
Fees, replacement warranties and refund conditions shown on this site apply to searches contracted under a written agreement. Shortlist timing counts business days from approval of the Alignment Document and payment of the opening fee.
Independent contractors
Professionals presented by us are engaged by you as independent service providers through their own Brazilian companies. Hiring Brazil is not their employer. You are responsible for the contract terms with the professional and for reviewing them with your own counsel.
No guarantee of results
Savings figures such as "up to 70%" are estimates that depend on role, seniority and market conditions.
